Hmmmm… This will be epic… Big screen TV, epic story telling, (The limit of my TV programming, does it work with turtles?
I would take a good guess and say “if the turtle is sitting where that console in the picture is siting” or “you can always write a program to route the output of the turtles screen to a console attached to the monitor”
or you just rednet the messages wireless to a terminal next to the screen 🙂

For one, Turtles can’t equip Flint and Steel, they do emit redstone signal though. Secondly, Turtles can’t move blocks. Camera’s would most likely be implimitted as an api by some modder, and I believe they can only be blocks.

yes it has to be a diamond pickaxe (the nerfers would throw a fit other wise since they just realized they have snow balls chance in a fusion reactor to make turtles run off fuel)

I have never heard of a mod developer ever heeding an all caps post demanding they hurry up and release something. I have no relation to dan200 but I can soundly say when cc1.31 will be released.

I think it’s taking so long cause Dan is making a graphics API. It would make use of the existing color API. And btw what does API stand for?
I just realized something. Both the color and perephial APIs didn’t have a use till now so I think Dan has been building up to some features.
They do have a use, one is used to compile bundled cable signals (nothing to do with displaying colors) and the other’s just not documented.
API is short for Application Programming Interface. It’s simply a number of functions to make use of some ready made functionallity. Usually the documentation of an API is also refered to as an API. Check wikipedia for more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/API.

by pixel you mean character right? cause the monitor is monochrome and text only.
there is a program that converts noteblock format(from some other minecraft music makeing thing) into a computercraft readable text file that a computer rigged to a bunch of noteblocks could use to play back music.
