Yep, the 4790K is awesome.
I'd recommend using pcpartpicker.com to put pick out things, it lets you quickly compare parts and prices
You also might want 16 gb of ram but thats up to you ;)

I have a cool idea, if you PM me want to work on a RPG server based around your RPG game? I have made a few plugins and that for it, for buying items and that but the idea is a whole new minecraft experience using my new C++ server, so I can write some awesome plugins for it?
