also my sound seems to be muffled by a new headset-phone-whatever when i do normal headphones...
when i have the headset disconnected and i have my normal headphones in the sound is muffled - to be clear

No, I don't think its any of those.

It LITERALLY is unique to my setup, no one else seems
to have this problem :P

try cleaning the fans in the tower (desktop tower) and see what happens. if nothing does happen, i might eventually think of something :/
it could also be the HDD
