Well after many hours of work and then many more hours of bad editing and then even more hours of uploading the first episode of #WHYISTHATNOTWORKING is now up.



The first episode is our attempt to build a working lift using computercraft. We will be coming back to this project in a later episode but this one will show you how to set up 90% of the infrastructure to make a working lift.

Please feel free to ask any questions here and any tips or suggestions for future episodes too.

nonono learn it yourself. otherwise you'll get too dependent on other people

read the tutorials, ask questions in Ask A Pro (code required), and/or PM someone for help

i usually have time to answer questions in a PM

Not sure. I think there is talk of a bloopers/making of/deleted scenes episode, but I'm not sure. It's all up to Redeye83, as he has the footage. I can't record anything on my poor little laptop.

One option we could do is have a live stream of us making a build. Our builds take along time and have a ton of trial and error so this would be the best way for you guys to see what we do. If we filmed our whole build and tried to edit it it would be a whole show by itself lol and mostly me getting things wrong with Cranium and BIT fixing my mistakes lol

Twitch.tv with OpenBroadcasterSoftware (OBS) or XSplit (costs money for no ad version and more features)

Definitely twitch. But you have to have a good upload speed and a powerful computer, as you are playing Minecraft, recording, and uploading all at once.
