Windows 7:
Start Menu -> Search -> %appdata% -> Roaming -> .minecraft -> saves -> (Your CC World) -> computer -> disk -> DiskLabelNumber -> put the file of EnderOS as startup -> And that is it! Congrats
Windows 8:
Grid(Start Menu Thing) -> Type %appdata% -> Press Enter -> Roaming -> .minecraft -> saves -> (Your CC World) -> computer -> disk -> DiskLabelNumber -> put the file of EnderOS on as startup -> Done!

Windows Metro is faster than Windows Aero, which is Windows 7. While I agree it's not a major upgrade, it's certainly not worse than Windows 7.
