I want the power of persuasion. It is better than mind control due to the fact that people are still the same and they will still believe that what ever they are doing is still their free will. For instance, if I wanted somebody to go make me a sammich, I could persuade them to do it instead of controlling their mind. It is like mind control but with a few more perks.

How about science comments about the 10% usage figure being an instantaneous usage and not total available usage. 100% of your neurons firing at once would likely be excruciating.
