Does anyone know any good mods that go with CC?

Well, there are peripherals such as OpenCCSensors. Also Redpower, as computercraft has support for bundled cable.

Please tell me that was sarcastic. :P

(Don't get me wrong, I see potential, but it's just very beta right now.

I looked at redpower but I could only find it for MC 1.4.7. If u have a new link I would appreciate it.

Exactly my point. I see lots of potential, but currently it's just a pain. I mean, it doesn't have an edit program.

I like buildcraft, logistics pipes, and openCCSensors. IndustrialCraft is pretty nice as well.

Logistics Pipes have peripheral support, and you can do some neat things there.

I don't like "ComputerCraft oriented" servers that have redpower in them. Because people just then use Redpower machines instead of CC. (This is from my personal experience.)

Logistics Pipes: I believe yes
Industrial Craft: No :( Not up to date, although it does work with all the other mods when it is up to date

IC2 is updated, it's just a development build:

Oh, and here's the link to logistics pipes (it's tricky to find the latest version through google):
