** ATTENTION -- This is my first upload and first ever hand-written program by... me! I'd love it if you could report any bugs you find.

I worked very hard on this with the help of 2 others. I may be a noob but I'm proud of this. What it does is it places a redstone energy cell, waits for it to charge, then breaks it with a crescent hammer and drops it in a chest below (Or ideally, an item tesseract.) This requires the following mods: Computercraft, Misc Peripherals, Buildcraft, Forge, and Thermal Expansion. The turtle will need to be a Gate Reader Engineering Turtle.
Download it in the console using this code:

Be sure that where it says 'program name' to just put a program name there.
