You don't know what it is, but you want to change it anyway?

It's the title above your avatar and under your forum username. For you it is 'Clueless', for me it is 'Self-Destructive'. You're member title will change automatically according to the ammount of posts you've made. (Other people can sum them up along with their criteria, I can't). Once you have 1000 posts, you can request your own member title. At your rate of posting this would take another 2 months. But remember, having a lot of posts or having a fancy member title doesn't mean much on these forums.

You can't change it (only after your 1.000th post and only one time). You get your title after a specific amount of posts.

I don't know if it's only one time...
We used to be able to change them at will, but I think someone did something stupid and now that's gone. :/

Once you get 1,000 posts you can ask a moderator to change it for you. Most moderators are pretty nice and will quickly change it if you talk to them on IRC or send them a PM.

When they mean custom titles at 1000 posts, they mean titles like mine... Titles that you see on everyone, like "Pro Coder" are just an automatic/system name given to you.
