I'm trying to change my picture and it keeps failing. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the image you're trying to change it to too large or in an unacceptable format? You may have better luck using the gravatar option.

Upload a avatar.
Go to your profile settings and set your avatar to Gravatar and input your Gravatar email.

Did that. Still stuck with the gravatar symbol
