Some operating systems as of late have been implementing 'Minecraft Authentication' as their login-service for the system, asking you for your Minecraft or Mojang Accounts' username and password.

While your common-sense is assumed, we strongly encourage users to be highly weary of these applications as they may steal your passwords or perform other actions with your Mojang Account. Even if the application does not appear to steal account information, it may be changed or injected into by other code or programs to steal your password.

As we cannot directly filter every single operating system and their programs, we cannot be held liable should you lose your account, any money, or if you're chased by bloodthirsty lawyers (or anyone else). You have been warned.

Developers are strongly advised against implementing Minecraft or Mojang Account login methods, as they may directly impact on Mojang login-servers in a manner that may be considered an attack or malicious activity by Mojang.
