Probably due to the ISP purposely optimizing speed test results xD (comcast) and nothing else.

Anywho, here's mine:

And it seems right, I can stream youtube in full HD with no problems and download games from steam at about 6 megabytes per second.

Also, Lol at de C. Slower than 54% of Korea xDD Then again I am like on an isolated island where like only a couple of thousands of people live. (Also, I'm more like 300 miles away from seoul)

I know this is late but I just wanted to say, it's probably because the country is so far away from where websites are hosted (America and Europe)

True, but even some Australia servers (like Minecraft servers) are even laggy.
Hopefully the national broadband network doesn't get cancelled.
