I have no questions to ask. I simply found a solution to a problem I had. I'll go ahead and post the solution here for future reference by those wishing to use ComputerCraft with Magic Launcher.

If you are using Magic Launcher for Minecraft 1.6.2 for whatever reason, you may find that you are getting crashes when attempting to implement CC into your list of mods. For me, every mod works with the exception of ComputerCraft. For some reason, implementing ComputerCraft with Magic Launcher does not work and gives no indication as to why this happens in the Log.

Solution

Navigate to your normal Minecraft directory and manually install the CC Zip file into the "Mods" folder. ComputerCraft is the only mod that will require this. Everything else can be managed by Magic Launcher.
Should look like this.

I hope I alleviated a few headaches with this post. Good day.

If magic launcher is stupid it isn't our fault.

If stuff explodes because you PUT ALL YOUR MODS IN THE JAR FILE, it isn't our fault.

How any of that even works is beyond me ...

Mods: This is where you put things that go in the JAR.
External Mods: This is the mods folder.
Core Mods: This is the coremods folder that is used by 1.5.2 and below.

ComputerCraft was never supposed to be installed in the JAR.
Nor is Pet Bats, Stalker Creepers, MultiPageChest, Rotten Flesh to Leather, or Better Furnaces.
