Investor

Spend money, to gain money.

The goal of Investor is to spend money, to gain money.

You start of with 100 money, that you can buy a house with.
This will give you 10 money every 60 seconds.
When you have enough money, you can buy the Income+ upgrade, this will remove 10 percent from the time when you get money.

Screenies: (From version 1.1)

These http://candies.aniwey.net/ sorts of games have been really popular lately.

EDIT: Played it for a minute. Not gonna wait 9 more minutes just so I can buy a house.

Also, some buttons in the menu don't work as expected. No feedback is given when trying to buy something that costs too much. The game uses very little screen real-estate (the number of things bought is represented with small counters on the left of the screen).

If you want to improve on this, try adding minigames you can do to make money while your industry gets going. More visual feedback and a better looking UI would be nice, too.

make it like 10 seconds maybe(still too long for me) but maybe make more upgrades that earn more per time amount

This kind of puts me in mind of those little iOS games you get where you slowly build up properties and they earn you money to invest in more properties, though I can't name a single one off the top of my head.

Anyway it would be cool if there were some way of graphically representing the properties you were investing in. Having a little town with houses and factories being built up in available space would be really cool, even just something basic like how the old SimCity used to do it. I also agree minigames are a good idea, or at least some sort of interaction besides hitting the 'buy' button occasionally.
