How Do I Get Files From One Turtle To Another Turtle?

How do I get a file (eg, digdown) to another turtle?
Any help would be great!

Through a disk drive. Put turtles next to the disk drive with the disk in it.

Copy from turtle to disk.
cp digdown disk/digdown


Copy from disk to turtle.
cp disk/digdown digdown
