Looking for a program for a turtle to harvest my crops either to plant and harvest or just to harvest

I have a fertilizer and a planter set up, do turtles recognize mature crops? or can i have it like every 30 mins to head out and harvest area 20x20

Without addons, turtles cannot check for mature crops. However, you can use turtle.dig to harvest them and turtle.place to plant. We don't write code for you here, but take a look at the wiki.
