Looking at your code for the monitor, i can see why it took a while to startup, and that's because you're loading it up with quite a few rednet.receives inside of a while true do loop, you could easily shorten that down to one receive and then check that against all of your possiblities.

Good job, I built a similar station back when Galacticraft didn't even have Mars, oxygen distribution was bugged and air locks on stations required ugly circuits. Unfortunately I never got to the coding part.
