I'm sure this has been suggested, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Considering the vast amount of mods with RF support, you could likely easily create some type of turtle dock to allow the turtle to charge using RF power.

Even placing the turtle near a universal cable or something would allow it to dock with and gain power from the device.

Also, maybe placing the turtle into a power slot in an energy cube or generator would charge it like conventional devices.

This would mean adding a power limit and probably a power bar, but would allow for automated refuel without having to stock a chest with coal.

If this already exists somewhere and I don't know about it, I apologize and also I love you.

There was a charger block with MiscPeripherals at one point. This is probably possible, though you'd have to look through the API to confirm. This suggestion is probably better suited to a peripheral(ish) mod than an actual part of ComputerCraft, though of course, anything is possible.

Hell, even a computercraft specific power with a generator and what not. I agree that this is better suited to Peripherals, but it could go either way. The key is planting the idea seed.
