Moved to Forum Discussion.

When you see posts or replies that break forum rules, or you wish to request your topic be locked/unlocked, you can press the little 'Report' button on the bottom-right corner of the post/reply, type in your message, and the report will go out to the appropriate moderators. It should be noted however that as a general rule topics in Ask a Pro are not locked, nor do we generally delete replies or threads unless extreme circumstances.

It doesn't really matter. But generally you just report the topic or reply in question, so in your case you're report the OP.
