If the MiscPeripherals thread doesn't have the download that means it won't exist, and it never will again, MiscPeripherals is a discontinued mod.
In my mod MoarPeripherals I have reimplemented a few popular blocks from MiscPeripherals, but it was never intended to be a straight port, so don't be disappointed if the block you want isn't in it.

I'm working on a straight port of MiscPeripherals from when the original author released the code a while back. It compiles and loads, but so far none of the items show up in game. I'm unlikely to make it all work, since there're a number of integrations with mods I don't use and what not, but once at least some of them are working I'll post the code to github.
