Our servers are now the following:

survival - Our modded survival world :D
creative - our plotme based plot world with 64x64 block plots and up to 10 plots per player with auto linking!!

Here I fixed the zip file for you. You may want to look in it and just see how it is suppose to look.

bin/modpack.jar (is forge)
the server.dat just makes it to where the ip is automatically in the launcher when you launch it.

I'm using the latest modpack from the technic launcher. Speaking of wich, it doesn't load any mods at all.

Looks like he updated the download link, but forgot to increase the version number. If you completely remove the pack and reinstall it then it should be running the correct version, which loads mods.
