I need help making a virus that will automatically spread to computers in the 64/16 block range of wireless modems and use their modem to then spread to other computers which will automatically activate the virus and spread it more and i would like some sort of system where i can see the ID of every infected computer and activate commands through some kind of remote control system

Well, because of the forum rules, we can't help you with making a virus. But I can tell you that this isn't possible. A virus needs to be run on a computer in order to infect it, it can't just "spread" over rednet.

I won't even know what you are getting of of that? Other than messing with people this doesn't allow you more than just placing your own computers and installing a remote software manually on them. And please read the rules!
