instead of adding mouse_up, why not just add mouse_hold, and return how much time it was held? it would be more then possible with the new mouse_up, but still, i think it would be easier with mouse_hold event

edit: also, when WILL mouse_up come out?

The problem with mouse_hold is that you only get an event after the user held the mouse down.
This can make programs very clunky and it isn't very user nor programmer friendly,
