I am going on to create a Cyber Warfare server for a small group of friends and I, the goal of the server is to infiltrate and steal information from the other players computers (perhaps the other team?). Alongside ComputerCraft we also decided that we want a few military and warfare style mods such as ICBM. I am posting this here for suggestions regarding the server, such as plugins, mods and anything else that you think would be pretty awesome. :)

you may like flans mods also, your server may will have malicious scripts, so make sure your friends know not to post them onto the forums

if you are going with teams, the bases may need 'grief' protection

Regarding protection, I was thinking of using factions, if the server were to be public this would simplify it a lot. Flans is a great suggestion thank you.

I feel like everything is down really, but I think there should be a regular skirmish or an objective based game, any suggestions?

Perhaps CTF but with a twist, like you have to capture a disk containing sensitive information that can be later claimed for points or some other reward.

Maybe make your own forums for the malicious scripts? just a thought.

Would you mind if I joined? I always wanted to join a server that allowed malicious programs, but I've never found any :P

A question to the moderators or whoever answers, why is cdel banned? I haven't seen that he has posted any malicious programs or used inappropiate language, but that may be because you've been so quick to remove. Anyway.. I'm kinda curious, felt like he was active a couple days ago, and all of the sudden he's banned.

He posted an inappropriate link, caused the ctrl-v game to close too.

I heard that it was his brother that actually posted it, don't quote me on that though.

Anyway, talking about it makes me feel weird.

Don't break the rules kids, the ban hammer is heavy.

Well that's a shame, didn't play the CTRL+V game that often, but it's still sad to see it getting closed down.
And it may or may not have been his brother that posted it, but now he has to face the consequences.

I kinda feel it's weird though, doesn't people usually get some warnings or something the first time they break a rule? If that's the case then he's probably done something before it seems.

Edit: This topic got me thinking, what do moderators feel about cyber warfare servers in the server section? I checked out the rules there but couldn't find anything, it feels like it shouldn't really be a problem as long as noone post malicious programs on the thread itself right?
If on the other hand they do have a problem with it, then it should be added to the rules in the server section, and if this is the case then please read what I've written below in the spoiler.
Useless spoiler
