General is usually where they end up, but we try not to encourage program request posts, as we'd much rather help you learn how to program it yourself, over in Ask a Pro.

CC is about teaching people how to program, we rarely do requests.
If you tell us what you want your program to do and we can direct you to the tutorials that you will need to write it.
