i need a TV program that can browse the real internet using the CC HTTP API and supports HTML PHP and Javascript (Only HTML Needed)
i need it to display ALL information to a monitor except the commands going through the computer when the program runs
i also need it to support sound via the openperipherals iron note block and it needs to be able to be controlled by an ADVANCED pocket computer

This section is not for asking people to make you things!
You should ask questions involving your code that you have written so far.

Just an FYI. :)

Good Luck. As far as I know, Oeed's Quest is the only thing that's gotten anywhere close to this, and it parses a modified version of HTML - normal HTML, PHP, Javascript, etc. doesn't work with it.

Oh god, the trolls are coming to this forum already D:

At least I hope you are trolling, since what you're trying to do can't be done in like years and also the words TV, PHP and HTML don't make a lot of sense together. And I have no idea on how you would imagine to convert sound^^

Technically it's possible - using command computers and a custom resource pack.
