New function: keys.setRepeat

I know this can be implemented on the Lua side, because I've kind of already done that here, but it would still be easier to have it built in and it could be pretty useful aswell.
It could work something like this
keys.setRepeat( false )
I'd love to hear what others think about this idea.

With CC 1.74 update the 'key' event got an upgrade. Read about the second parameter here.
