@creator: like KnightMinor said, read the OP EQ for information on character creation. If you need help during it then feel free to ask me some questions. As for things your character would be doing, look at the common knowledge section (Or make something up, the point is that you guys make the world as much as I do).

Maxris then decides to activate her heat sensors to detect Sandwich.

Your heat sensor picks up an anomaly. It's notably colder there then it was moments ago when you tried scanning The Shadow.

The pavilion is but a shot walk away from the south gate. Several small tents surround a large wooden roof supported by wooden logs. A chalk ring marks the boundary of the arena under the wooden structure. Several people are already there, some of which are practising with friends and team mates.

A queue of people are near a table.

[OOC] @Creator (and any other new readers), Previously on Play By Post RPG: A necromancer has delivered a message that the goddess of death wishes to use the world as a battlefield for her fight against the other gods. She seams to be using the dead people of the world to make an army. The party decided to search for followers of this goddess and found them in a tower in a forest.

While the party was in the tower, the starting village was destroyed, which lead to them moving to Vingara, the nearby town. Having arrived about an hour ago, Mathias has received word that his home country needs his help and a new character is about to join the party. Soon after they saw what is know to them as the Shadow in the nearby forest.

Currently, most of the party is about to join a tournament. At the same time, Sandwich is wondering around in the same forest that had the Shadow, Maxris has noticed that Sandwich is missing and is looking for nir (sandwich)

Maxris rushes in the direction that she thinks Sandwich went in. The forest is quite large, who knows how deep ne is. Or where the Shadow is lurking.

Once again Sandwich feels uneasy, however this time the feeling is more intense. The hairs on the back of nir neck stand on end, and ne can't help but think that something in behind nir. The air is strangely cold and the butterfly falls to the ground.

"Where can that little man be..."

On a hunch, Maxris follows the trail of cold. She finds Sandwich squatting down looking at something on the ground. Behind nir is the Shadow.

Maxirs yells out.

Menawhile, at the tournament, a man in a brown robe walks up to one of the tents. He then says to a person standing there "I'm here for the tournament, where can I sign in? I am skilled in combat, so this should be an easy win."
