I tried making this myself but im too noob for it so im just going to ask about this.
What if you were able to just drop buttons on screen and have them do stuff, or right click and have a menu pop-up without any coding.
Or have a timer running on screen and more you can ever think about!
I would love to see in the programs list.

Sounds similar to CCEdu.
Such has turtles don't need fuel.
So the user might want this on the original, not teacher-gaming, version of CC

What is the point to use CC "without any coding" ?

i guess someone could write a program that goes through the programs section on the forum, and looks for pastebin urls and commands and add them to a library for download, but i am not sure it would be practical

Are you talking about, like, modular programs? Drag-and-drop code modules, like Game Maker? Or something more along the lines of an OS

it's for people that just want to play around with the mod and don't want to take any time into coding.

You could learn Lua and then make an in-game program that does this. Kind of like Visual Studio for CC.

Trust me on this, programming (/scripting) might seem hard at first glance, but once you get into it you start to realize all the cool stuff YOU can do with it yourself. Almost anything is possible with programming ("i just got to put my mind to that shit, goddamn"). Once you start to learn to code, you wont want to stop its like a drug almost

Yep, it sure is. And guess who appreciates it the least?
Parents!
No, but seriously, you'll never regret learning to code!
