I'm confused - am I missing something, or is this just a five line "Hello world" split into two files?

Edit: I understand that it's a WIP, but maybe a little more than five lines of code would be better for an initial release?

That's what I asked myself too when I looked at the repository.

I would suggest committing regularly. I assume you're writing code, but the repository hasn't been updated for some time. I usually work on Github by committing code that won't break anything (usually once I've fully implemented a feature). It gives you a good way to revert if something goes wrong.

Hello everyone, I am needing beta testers please join the Porty chat place before Christmas and apply to be a beta tester with the format above, if there are no beta testers I'm afraid that Porty will be abandoned...

It's a good idea but, i don't really find a "shell" in your portable "shell". If you want, i can join the chat, but give at least a link to it.

That's not a very nice thing to say about something people put their time and effort into. Even if you don't see the point of something, people can still be having fun and getting learning experiences from making or using it.

I was kind of excited, but then I looked at the source code of Porty. We both know it can't do anything at all except for trolling the user.
