Is it possible to make a telephone system in cc? By sending Pulses down redstone?. Instead of voice it will be like Instant messaging?

Sure. There's a whole redstone API you can use for this. Of course, modems (via the rednet API) would be easier.

I did write a redstone api for fun, however the forums rollback killed it and I'm too lazy to rewrite the forum post.
