I believe I heard that some pack out there is using a 1.10 version of ComputerCraft, however, I can't find that on the download or in the beta testing.

Would it be possible to have access to it?

What are the rules for the 1.10 version been included in ModPacks?

I believe you can use 1.9.4 Version of CC as there are not significant changes between 1.9.4 to 1.10 (not 100% sure) I haven't tested it.

Keep in mind, this is a beta version and there are bugs. In addition, any bugs from 1.10 are not currently accepted.

Requires Forge, and Minecraft version 1.9.4. Please do not test or report bugs in any other version of Minecraft. The intent is to produce a stable version for Minecraft 1.9.4, and then to update for Minecraft 1.10

Sorry to contradict you, but at least for me Dan said i can report 1.10.x bugs only in the beta thread, not on github issue tracker.

Hmm. Well, if Dan wants to contradict himself, I suppose that's his choice.
