ComputerCraft Basic Emulator

Hi. So I saw CCEmuRedux and I got an idea. Running ComputerCraft in your OS's command line.

Questions:

• Is this allowed?
  
• How to convert ComputerCraft libraries from half-java, half-lua, to complete lua.
  
• How to make lua 5.1 run a file on startup.
