So I had this idea; what if turtles could interact with ender chests and put things in it and pull things out. The best part: a blue turtle could use the blue channel; that means that all blue turtles would have an enderchest like players have one. That could of course be problematic on servers, when players have different systems that use turtle's enderchests. But I don't have a solution to this problem right now.

Or turtles could use the preposed owership system and use their owning player's ender chest.

Although, given that this is modded minecraft, I think most people will be using mods like ChickenBones' Ender Chests.
