Please use that to assign IDs, and remember not to claim IDs as yours until you actually use them.

By trying around, I found out that the ids up to 64 are reserved for ComputerCraft. Using one of them, even if it is free, throws an exception.

OK thanks I was only looking at the used ones and never saw a hard limit, post edited accordingly.
