Has anyone tried writing Forth code fast enough to play wave files out of a speaker? That'd be the coolest, even if it's only 3 or 4 bit and like 8k hz. It'd be enough to make out Duke's voice at least!

I cannot for the life of me figure out the problem here: Any time I call readTileNBT() or [world].getTileEntity(x,y,z).getKeys(), I get a java exception when doing it on a chest. Am I missing something here?

edit: To clarify the problem, readTileNBT(w.getTileEntity(x,y,z)) where w is the world you're in, and x,y,z are the coordinates of a chest, will simply print out "Java exception thrown" and not work at all.

Do you have any other mods installed? Because there may be ID conflicts between them.
And do you have Immibis core installed? Because I believe you need that.

The mag cards plus Krist could end up with a really awesome banking system :o I'll have to try this out when I get home!

Hello, I'm trying to use the adventure map API and I was wondering how to use the entity methods? I don't know how you get an entity from the world, I don't see a getEntity method or anything similar. Do I need a seperate peripheral to do this?

EDIT: 2nd question, where do I place the nbt.api file so that computercraft can find it?

Hi

There is a bug in the lastest 1.7.10 version (59.0.2) of Immibis's Peripherals for mc 1.7.10 rendering the nbt editing function of the Adventure Map Interface unusable:

Attached Image: exception.PNG

I think a change in net.minecraft.nbt.NBTTagCompound is responsible for the error:

Attached Image: nbttagcompound.PNG

The index of the field containing the key/value map of the NBTTag changed from 0 to 1 but is referenced as index 0 in mods.immibis.ccperiphs.coproc.TileCoprocAdvMap.LuaNBTCompound:

Attached Image: cast.PNG

The cast then fails because index 0 is now the logger, not the map.

Thanks for the great mod!

the RFID card has no benefits
the RFID card needs some sort of advantage against mag stripe cards or else they are completely useless

"An RFID card is an item that can hold up to 80 characters of data. If you are holding one anywhere in your inventory, it can be read by any computer with a connected RFID reader within 5 metres."

May I include your mod(s) in my server mod-pack?
Though I am currently only wanting to include Immibis's Peripherals,
I am still in the process of looking for mods for my server
and don't want to exclude your other mods from consideration.

The "License" section in the first post has something to say about what you can do with the mod.

Question: i need to give an already written mag-card in a server as a daily kit (for a sort of old-style minigame arcade-room with tokens on mag-cards) but i don't know how to write the data from the essentials kit set-up, any help?

Better late than never, right?

Immibis's Peripherals 59.0.3:
  • Fixed the adventure map interface NBT API throwing Java errors.

Have you looked into porting this into MC 1.8? I'm pretty sure that CC 1.76 will come out soon, and there's not a lot of peripherals that support it
