Any ideas or requests on what I should make that would help the community or just people, in game?

Uhm.. What? I don't think I get this question, but if you mean you want the people to have something which helps them on your server I'd suggest installing Casper's in-game tutorial in the rom folder so every computer has it. />

an automatic building program and blueprint format (good for building structure's in midair)(and have it come pre-loaded with villager houses and structures)
or
a mole style mining program so turtles don't scar the land like quarries

Passing I like your idea. I might do this.
I could also make a mod for the blueprints.
0.0 you could make custom blueprints using the computer and floppy disks.
Then put it in as an item in the bottom right corner and it would build.

This wouldn't crash the machine just lag the world. Could get annoying.
