It's not about the length of time, it's about the value of the contributions. It's okay to add to a discussion instead of starting a new topic, but if all you have to say is "cool", it's not worth adding, even if the topic is new.

If you're familiar with Eclipse at all, this is an IDE which is built off of Eclipse to work with Lua. It feels a lot like Eclipse, but it uses Lua syntax and doesn't say undefined functions are incorrect syntax (this would be a problem since you don't have any of the CC apis built in to your project :P).
