Breaking one of the pieces of the monitor and replacing it fixes the issue.
Bug?

No. As I've said frequently, before there's a bukkit port, there will need to be a version of bukkit to port it to.

If the chunks are unloaded, the computer will be unloaded too. I will however look into it. What size monitor are you using? Are you using SMP or SSP?

This is SMP. This happens on a variety of sizes, but the smallest is 3x2, the biggest probably 10x5. I have 5 running right now in one area, and if that chunk is unloaded, all of them have that happen when I come back. It won't be such an issue since this will eventually be spawn and will stay loaded, but seems like it could be an issue for other players that won't have the "always loaded" luxury.

This would be useful if someone made a pixel art program that lets you print out your creations. You could have a wall filled with a bunch of random characters />

Read your error message: You're getting an error in redpower. Redpower isn't even out for Minecraft 1.3.2, yet, so you have an MC 1.2.5 version of Redpower installed on MC 1.3.2. Don't do that.
