Hello I made a Big mistake! I hope its fixable aswell. I was trying to move a file over to my cd rom and the file was moved to cd thus causing every time you type anything with cd in it, it opens the program. I got rid of the the program by edit cd to remove the code, but now cd does nothing is this fix able? Please if you have anything tell me ASAP!

Just re-download the files :?

type this:

rm cd

rm removes a file, so it deletes cd, so shell no longer finds it and cd will work.
