Noteblock Peripheral

It would be neat to have a Note block peripheral that allowed you to control a note block to one side of a computer. Maybe have it called like noteblock.play(side, note, octave, instrument) It would be much simpler and nicer than a bunch of BundledCables going to a bunch of noteblocks.

I think the note block sounds should be 'built in' to the computer itself, no additional parts. You could use an api to play any note of any instrument.
