OS is a laziness tool
nPaintPro can be used without an OS
Networks can be expanded without an OS
Multiple programs can be run without an OS.. just not as cleanly
Easy manipulation..
They are all just programs, which is exactly what any of those OS's are.
I'm yet to see a real OS in CC.
So to refine my answer. The point of an OS is to make your life as an end user easier, by integrating a bunch of programs in to the same place.

Why not kill someone if you have the tools do so?
Nah, I'm just messing with you. Those things are entirely different. Programming, for me at least, is all about building what your imagination creates and watching it work for real.

I am thinking about don't adding multitasking to KREOS because I have tryed it with many different ways but every time it begans to flicker or does not work right.
Indeed I could write it so that only programs that are made for KREOS will work but that is not the sense of KREOS because every program should work.
If someone does have an idea how to solve the problem please write it

Have you taken a look at the current version of LyqydOS? It's relatively flicker-free and it uses a unique method of accomplishing it. Try it out and see if there's any flickering.

Hello!
You're right. There is nothing flickering.
Maybe I am allowed to take parts of your Code and change it for example that it gets colored like KREOS at the moment and I will change some things.
Certainly I would give credits to you.

Heh. Sure, go for it! You're free to use the code and change it. Credit is always appreciated.

I know that KREOS 2.0 should be released today but I have so litte time to work on in because I've to do very much work for school so I won't be released today but on my birthday on the 22. of February 2013.
So, I'm sorry but with 2.0 there will be another nice new feature
