Sorry, I have to side with Sammich Lord. Help is provided on a completely voluntary basis, that means that people can refuse to help for any reason, including some that the poster may have no control over.

I mean, I don't even bother to say "I won't download a file to solve your problem" most of the time (I didn't in this case, after all). So Sammich Lord was being more helpful than I was, cause I didn't even bother to mention why I wasn't bothering to offer help. And maybe that's the "higher road" or something. My impression is that this thread is already getting love from enough pros that losing my contribution isn't a big deal. So I didn't bother to mention ways UltimateLP could have gotten more help.

But yeah there are a couple and I don't think it's wrong to mention that. Even if I personally didn't bother (I'm not even bothering to mention some other ways that UltimateLP could get more help, cause frankly I think that there is plenty of helping here already).
