i need help installing the peripheral operator panel, i have do it but only the java classes, all the programs and apis are gone and it dont have a good help file, it only says the function and if they are for ops or for everyone

Questions that are specifically about a given peripheral should generally be asked in the thread for that peripheral, unless the peripheral is clearly "dead", in which case it is...well, dead.
