I'm currently working on Luo, a statically typed OOP language that compiles to Lua! See it here: https://github.com/oeed/Luo

Need naming suggestions for the Silica based OS. Any ideas? We're not using OneOS or Nova as the name.

    Yay, list of name suggestions!

    + CCP/M (a play on CP/M, a MS-DOS like OS for old personal computers)
    + Salt (because it's silicon-based)
+ Horta (the name of the silicon-based lifeform in Star Trek: The Original Series)
+ Quasar (another astronomical anomaly, staying on the same theme as 'nova')
+ Deepir (a play on Deepin Linux)
+ Silicone (a material based on silicon)
+ TwoOS (an uncreative play on OneOS, the predecessor to the new OS)

+SGenOS : As silicia generation or second generation of OneOS
+NanoOS : Well that pixel size tho.
    +MacsiOS : HeHe Mac and Silicia :P
+AdamantOS : Strongest, coolest and no one can comprehend with this piece of art OS.

+ OCOS : Well I actually read so I know your name, on your website, and its your os, so, yeah, :P
+ OneXOS : A Better Name Version Of OneOS
+ OneSOS : Another thought for OneXOS, the x is replaced with S for Silicon, and also because we all need help... #SOS
+ TheOS : Because it is The Best OS, litteratly. also because we need unattractive names :P,

These are just suggestions, of course

You can now start to learn how to make Silica programs! The API and start of the docs is now available: https://github.com/oeed/Silica/wiki/Getting-Started

Well basically CC with individual pixels. Dan himself has told Ben and I we're "on the right track".

I don't think many people will end up using Silica, it's even more complex than Bedrock and most people here don't even understand OOP :/
