You’d expect cortisol to be low at night. If it’s not,that may be a sign that there’s persistent elevated cortisol. We also don’t reallyhave I think a good understanding, at least from conventional medicine how to regulatecortisol pharmaceutically or non-pharmaceutically or through lifestyle.
