From rock to Enya, I make sure I usually have music playing while I work. Easily don't, I get trapped inside the sensations that what I'm doing is " too hard " or "toomuch" or "I-don't like doing this" etc. It can get so poor that I will wander away in thought for 2 hours or more, about howmuch I actually don't might like to do this work just thinking. It doesn't help me get bills settled also it doesn't help me discover an alternative solution work todo - it just keeps me paralysed, which is bad.
