In Lua you actually do it to read better. In a small program like this it shouldn't be a big problem to read, but in programs with over 1000 lines it sure is.

The code is a bit confusing ^^ You should maybe add comments with -- or rename your variables.
Also: indention makes it way better to read.

With the new possibility in Minecraft 1.7 to set blocks,
in combination with Commandblocks attached to computers there might be a high risk of griefing.
E.g. it's now easy to spawn a tnt block right above your head with a redstone block next to it (Or everywhere in the world).
Also with the summon command it's possible to spawn lots o' creepers :mellow:

So watch out what stuff you run on your computers.

I don't really get the question.

Do you want a program to list all your pastebins, or automatically update a program when you run it? The last one is really simple ^^

Because you wonder why people want the Tile UI: it's nice to use in ComputerCraft, because it's not a huge mess and you have a bigger place to write things on the tiles

Also would be cool if you added some kind of Api people can implement to their programs for example a notification Api.
