The owner of the machine server don't like run minecraft server jar in superuser, but the server create a new world correctly, I'm shared...

I'have a minecraft server with mods/plugins under linux, all run on, without CC who can't create file in a computer folders, I have give all perms to access and write in this folders but not working again.
