plusNick's Memo Board
Hi there!
I'd like to share with you a project I've worked on for the last 2 days. An interactive, monitor based memo board. I recently got into the whole monitor_touch function, and decided to utilise it in a project. And this is what I came up with! Its not the best, nor cleanest code, but it works, and that's what matters!
What is it?
*A program that allows for you to write memos for yourself.
*A program that uses a touch screen monitor for interactivity.
Features:
*Touch screen monitor
*Erasable messages
*Customisable monitor width (height must be at 2)
*Clean error messages (Memos too long, not on advanced computer, not advanced monitor, advanced monitor wrong size)
Images:
Main GUI on Monitor
Memo's are written, and you see the remove button

The terminal interface - simple, but does what it needs to do
Spoiler
Clean error message of memo being too long

How to use:
1. To write a message, first click on one of the green X's. A message will pop up, to say to type into the computer.
2. Type in your message into the computer, and press enter. (If its too long, you will be told)
3. Your message will now appear on the monitor.
4.To remove it, simply click the respective red X on the monitor.
Pastebin:
View the code at: http://pastebin.com/PvLRRrMP
or type into your in-game computer: pastebin get PvLRRrMP [name]
And that is it! I hope you like this program, and find it useful. Please post any bugs you find, and what you think of it!
Thanks

#159892 Paint... for Monitors!

Paint... for Monitors
Hi guys!
Recently, on a server I play on, I was asked to create paint. Of course, I told this person there is a default program within advanced computers, that is effectively, Paint. But they wanted 1 better. Paint... for Monitors.
So that's what I worked on. Didn't take anywhere near as long as I thought. It probably isn't the best, nor cleanest code, but it fulfils its purpose, and when on multiplayer servers, can be fun to play with alongside your friends! It's really easy to use! Just right click on a colour, to choose it, and then right click on the monitor to paint a pixel with that colour. To erase, simply click the X button, and right click on the pixel you want to erase!
So I hope you like it too! Its a very basic paint program, with colours, an eraser and a screen clear button. But once you set it to run, you don't need to touch the computer again! It can use any monitor size, thanks to os.getSize(), so you can use it on as small, or as big a monitor as you like!

Command - pastebin get zt06KxXt [name]
Note - Once downloaded, you need to edit the program to tell it which side your monitor is on!
So, that's my code! I hope you like it, and find it fun to use, like me. I plan on updating it, so keep a look out for updates!
Yours,
plusNick
